Matt Milan is a award winning composer and producer (Silver Medal Winner from the Global Award Music, Telly Silver Award Winner) well known for being a versatile and eclectic artist. In addition to composing, producing and mixing in his studio in Los Angeles for movies and commercials, Matt was a producer and production-designer on commercials (Corona, Budlight, Camaro, Doritos), on music videos (Wale, Jeremih, Starling Glow, Never Shout Never) and movies (The Tsarevich, Alice)
Matt’s movies have been in competition around the world, featuring A-list actors and award-winning team members. The Dark Ages, Residue, Color of Life, A girl, a man, a dog, Limbo, Alice or The Tsarevich are some of Matt’s films that received critical acclaimed at film festivals including Raindance Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Montreal World Film Festival, Manhattan FF, SOCAL FF, LABRFF, NYLAFF…
Matt is currently scheduled to score two feature films, both boasting international release. Matt studied classical singing, piano and musical theory in the prestigious International Conservatory of Music in Paris, for which he received a Master Degree. A multi-instrumentalist, Matt began writing songs for French classical singers until his passion for movies brought him to score his first film in France. Led by cinematic opportunities, Matt moved to Los Angeles in 2011.
He is currently working with prestigious music companies: Colossal Music Trailer, The Collective Company, Scoreascore and The Music Collective, and is member of ASCAP.
